I am a Senior Bioinformatician with expertise in Bacterial Genomics. Throughout my career, I have worked on a variety of projects and initiatives that have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of Eukaryote and Prokaryote Genomes.

 

Currently, I am focused on carbapenem-resistant organism, where I am using my skills and experience to identify bacterial strains to understand the transmission patterns. In addition to my professional work, I am also passionate about music like playing harmonium and yogic meditation, which helps me to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. As an undergraduate, I worked on Final Year Project on:

1) Design of Nano peptides which act against leishmaniasis using Bio-softwares

​

(2) Computational analysis and Design of anti-viral compounds which acts against the H1N1 virus. (Drug design using Opensource softwares)
